Terms of Service
Intended Use
Radtera tools are designed for use by licensed healthcare professionals as reference and decision-support resources. They are intended to supplement — not replace — professional clinical knowledge and training.
Not a Substitute for Clinical Judgment
Nothing on Radtera constitutes medical advice. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the treating healthcare provider. Radtera tools are aids for reference and workflow — the final call always belongs to the clinician at the bedside or reading room workstation.
Content Accuracy
We work to keep our content accurate and up to date, but all tools and information are provided on an "as-is" basis with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Imaging recommendations are sourced from published guidelines including the ACR Appropriateness Criteria and other international sources, but guidelines evolve. Users should always verify recommendations against the most current published guidelines.
Limitation of Liability
Radtera and its contributors are not liable for any clinical outcomes, decisions, or actions taken based on the use of these tools. By using Radtera, you acknowledge that you are a qualified professional making independent clinical decisions.
Availability
Radtera is provided as a free service. We may modify, update, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time without prior notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep things running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Pricing
All Radtera tools are currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription tiers in the future. Any existing free functionality that transitions to a paid model will be communicated in advance.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Radtera after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
