Down syndrome-specific reference: Zemel BS et al., Pediatrics 2015;136(5):e1204 — birth to 36 months and 2–20 years, by sex. Percentiles are relative to other children with Down syndrome, not the general population. Head circumference is charted to 3 years only (the 2–20 yr head circumference table for boys was withdrawn and replaced by a 2022 correction that is not publicly available). Screen for overweight and obesity with the standard CDC BMI chart, not this one.

By measurement: weight-for-age under 2 yr uses the WHO standard. Length-for-age and
head circumference-for-age under 2 yr, and every measurement from 2–20 yr, use the CDC 2000
charts — CDC/AAP recommend the WHO charts for length and head circumference under 2 yr, and
those tables are not loaded here, so results for those two measurements under 2 yr are
labelled CDC and will differ from a WHO chart.
